DocFona account and request messages.

These SMS Terms explain how to enroll, what messages you may receive, and how to stop them.

1. Program description

Program name: DocFona Account & Request Alerts. This is a first-party customer-care program operated by Sixteen Reconciliation Assets LLC for people with a submitted DocFona request or DocFona account.

Messages may include receipt confirmations, application-status updates, account notices, requests for information, and customer-service replies. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this program.

Message frequency varies, up to 5 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. How to enroll

Text consent is collected next to the mobile number on the DocFona application form. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You may submit an application and receive customer support without selecting it. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number and that you are at least 18 years old and a US resident.

The consent language displayed with the checkbox is:

We use your SMS choice only for the DocFona program. It is not sold, rented, transferred, or used by another sender.

3. STOP, HELP, and support

Reply STOP , END , QUIT , CANCEL , or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop messages. STOP is processed immediately. You will receive one final confirmation and no further program messages unless you enroll again.

Reply HELP for help. You may also contact DocFona at [email protected] or +19175636535 during Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM MT. You may use any of these reasonable contact methods to change your preferences; web, email, or phone requests may take up to 10 business days.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Eligibility and carriers

You must be at least 18 years old, a US resident, and the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number. The program is available on participating wireless carriers in the United States. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
